The quilt can be from your own t-shirts, or you can make a gift for a loved one. Remember sports, theater, dance, college, high school, concerts, hobbies, a loved one who has passed on, or anything else close to your heart.

Our quilts are made using an irregular grid taking maximum advantage of the designs in your shirts and free motion quilted with creative patterns around the designs. Contact us to discuss details.

Designs from the front, back, and sleeves of the t-shirts can be used. Sports jerseys can be included, but require several extra steps and materials, so there is an additional fee for each. If you have approximately 25 designs, the quilt will fit a twin bed, 30 designs will fit a full bed, 50 designs for a queen bed, and 65 designs for a king bed. If there is more than one design on the shirt, and you don’t want all designs included in the quilt, make it clear by attaching a note with a safety pin which designs to leave out.

Prior to shipping, all shirts must be washed in detergent, but without fabric softner, dryer sheets or any other additives. Please roll the stack of shirts, rather than folding each shirt individually. This minimizes the creases and wrinkles. Shipping fees are your responsibility. At this point, a deposit for 50% of the total is due.

You can use a solid color for the back, or if you want a fabric with a theme, such as flowers, or pets, or a sport, we will send pictures of some suggestions. If you have a fabric you want for the back, include it when you send the t-shirts and the final price will be adjusted.

Once the quilt is designed, but before it is assembled, we will communicate with you with a photograph of the proposed overall design. Following your approval, the quilt will be assembled and quilted.

After receiving the balance for the quilt and the shipping fee, the quilt will be sent to you. How long it takes depends on how large the quilt is and how many other quilts are being made at the time. We will discuss timing at the beginning. Because every quilt is made uniquely for you, there are no refunds of either the deposit or the final payment.
